<em>SCIENTISTS have found a lost world of new species on an island in Papua New Guinea, including a giant rat, a frog with fangs and a fish that grunts.</em></div>

Scientist also found  approximately 16 new species of frog , 20 unknown varieties of insects and spiders and what they describe as an “extremely hairy” caterpillar, and what may turn out to be a new species of bat in the area that scientists consider as being virtually unchanged since the volcano erupted 200,000 years ago!</p>
<p>Wow &#8211; how freaky is that!</p>
<p>I truly hope that these areas and the species discovered in them are protected &#8211; who knows what we can discover from them.</p>
