Agggggghhhhhh! The pain is unbelievable!
I have suffered with mild back pain for years, but the last few days have been hell ![]()
I must have slept wrong or something because my lower back, and now my right buttock and thigh are agony, I am only able to cope while standing up so sitting at my computer has been out of the question.
(I have missed my daily writings here and catching up on my favorite blogs)
As usual in a country town I have another week and a half before I can get an appointment.
So I am hoping that someone out there who also suffers from lower back and/or sciatic pain has a copy of the back exercises they give out for this kind of thing. I have some pain meds to get me through, but I need to start the healing process hopefully before my appointment (I hate pain lol)
So – if you can help out (or know of any good websites with them) please either note me here or email me at admin at thinkies.com
Can YOU help ease my pain?
We should get in touch. Are you an active user on top social networking sites like Digg, Facebook, or Stumble Upon? If so, what is your username so we can get in touch to share ideas.
Congratulations on your interesting post. Thank you for the meaningful insights.
Congrats. To create such a lot of informative posts that are both pleasant and educative is a exceptional accomplishment.
Thank you for the articles. My back is giving me constant agony and any advice helps
I just wanted to let you know — your blog address has been on my favorites list for quite awhile. Thank you for a great blog! Well done and a big THANKS for the tips!
Substantially, this post is actually one of the greatest on this subject. I agree and look forward to your coming updates. I will bookmark your URL instantly. I will revisit your blog often.
Very helpful contribution. Looks good to me. I have checked out a few of your other posts and found some great information too. Just wanted to say that it is so much garbage out there and it is nice to know some people still put time into managing their sites. Thanks a lot for helping to bring awareness to the need for real solutions.
Hi! Nice info. Thanks a lot! This is very current info. I think I will contribute it on Facebook. This is an important listing of advice and tips.
Being a working mom in my late 20-ties, living in the Northwestern part of Idaho. Running is my hobby. Therefore, I have to experience lower back pain a lot. After I did run my last marathon I had to take a time-out. It was hurting awfully. In the meantime I have thankfully made a return to running.
Thank you again and carry on your solid work and much success!
I enjoyed reading it. I need to read more on this issue…I am admiring the time and effort you put in your blog, because it is apparently one great place where I can find lot of reusable info..
I have read a few of your posts and they are all newsworthy and informative – maintain the great work. Thanks for the useful ideas. BTW – I noticed some good tips and advice on back pain relief here: info-backpain.com/back-pain-relief
Sciatica is a very painful experience and, unfortunately, because it is cause by an aggravation of the sciatic nerve painkillers do nothing for the pain. The only thing that helps to ease the symptoms is rest. Perhaps an anti-inflammatory will provide some measure of relief, but it’s not likely.
