We're in the process of quitting cigarettes. About three months ago we discovered the 'electronic cigarette'. We bought one at a mall and it sucked. It allowed us to quit for a week, effortlessly, but the product degraded, broke down, and was unstable. The flavor/nicotine cartridges alone cost us more than traditional cigarettes. Then we switched to an online brand called Vapor4Life, and we received our product in the mail within two days. Since then we've had very little problems not smoking. There are so many flavors to choose from, each flavor spot-on! And the nicotine inhaled through poison-free vapor sates our cravings. I'd suggest you Google it if you're interested. If you're already well off of the cigarettes, no need to find an alternative. However, if you find it difficult to remain off of them, an nicotine-free and tar-free alternative would do you well. A mere two days after smoking vapor ("vaping" as e-cig users call it) we got a large about of taste and smell back. We're not affiliated with e-cig companies in the least, we just found a product that worked for us and we're very pleased. The brand we use is from www.vapor4life.com and the owner, Steve "Smilin" Milin is passionate about what he sells!
